Transformation Station 2003
GET LIT !
The emphasis at this year's Educational Conference in Las Vegas was the recent accomplishments that the Interface Committee has had getting companies to sign on to IVANS Transformation Station. The name we've given this campaign is "Light 'Em Up!"
As of April this year, there were over 19,000 transactions done over TS. Exponential growth!
This technology was originally called WARP by Applied, who developed and still controls the "back-end" of the web based interface. But to provide better marketing of the WARP concept, Applied gave the distribution rights to IVANS who litererally "gives" the software to companies who want to go forward instead of backwards in their distribution system - in other words, they embrace SEMCI. There are now eight companies actively using this interface - see the SEMCI.ORG site for info.
If you haven't been to the SEMCI site - you need to venture there at http://www.semci.org
But the best information to convey to your carries can be found by reading the fact based TS study by our Interface Committee - Time based study using TS.
There are also several articles on the ASCnet web site - well worth the reading - and give them to your marketing reps!
